Bitron Automotive Division: Global sales meeting 2017

December 18th / 19th, 2017

On December 18th/19th the Automotive Sales Team hold its annual convention. For the 2017 event “La Certosa”, an ancient and inspiring convent, surrounded by the silence of the woods at the foot of the Alps, has been considered the proper location.

The main theme of the meeting was “WE”, to underline the huge importance of working in and as a team to face the dramatic and challenging changes in our industry.

The convention has been conceived as an alternance of speeches, given by the Automotive Senior Vice President and the Automotive Sales Director, story telling, given by the team members coming from different markets, lecture and practice on the specific theme of “negotiation” and a team building activity. During the team building event the team challenged itself by preparing the dinner, menthored by a professional chef, having the though  mission of combining different cultures, tastes and abilities. Good news: nobody died or suffered any uneasiness. On the opposite, the team had a good time and enjoyed an occasion to strengthen interpersonal links.

The event ended with recognitions given to new team members and a warm “arrivederci” to a colleague getting close to retirement.
