Bitron Savona Plant partecipates in "Tecnicamente"



On 23/05/2018 Dr. Luca Costelli, Human Resources Manager, and Dr. Emanuele Cavallo, Product Development Manager, have been invited to participate, as Bitron Savona representatives, in the project “TecnicaMente”

The event, organized by the Technological Institute “Ferraris Pancaldo” of Savona in collaboration with Adecco, took place in the multimedia classroom of the school. TecnicaMente is a project that involves Italian Technological Schools: the target is to offer last year students the chance to introduce themselves  to local companies showing their skills applied on “real life” projects. On the other hand participating companies presented their products, market and vision giving to teachers and students a better knowledge of needs and opportunities of local work market. Bitron has carried out a presentation named:“Production Worker 4.0”

The projects have been displayed and evaluated on the basis of idea, realization and industrial interest by a jury composed by people from companies; Adecco awarded the best three works knowing well that all the students made their best. The first prize has been given to a group of electro-technical students who have worked on the project called “Design of an automatic calculator for disabled people”. 

The Concept of the IZB
The International Suppliers Fair (IZB) is aimed at all automotive industry suppliers and has a prominent reputation in international professional circles.The high-quality exhibitors and large number of key decision-makers and trade visitors that attend the IZB make it an important communication and business platform for the industry.
The IZB was first hosted in 2001 as a Volkswagen in-house trade fair with 128 exhibitors from six nations, which attracted 13,500 visitors. It has since established itself as a showcase event for the international automotive supplier industry. In 2012, the organisers of the seventh IZB recorded a total of 49,000 visitors to the fair held on the exhibition grounds of the Wolfsburg Allerpark, which has an overall area of 36,000 sqm. 776 exhibitors from 28 nations took advantage of the trade fair to showcase their products and innovations.

The fair will be accompanied by an extensive programme of events running throughout its three-day duration. Leading industry experts will be present at congresses, conferences and forums dealing with current and topical issues in the automotive market.
