POSITION: Chief Sales Engineer – U.S. and Mexico
HOURS: 40 hours per week, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Be the primary technical interface between Bitron Engineering and the R&D and Engineering divisions of Customers
Define product specifications and provide technical support
Maintain a high level of engineering expertise on the products and systems offered by Bitron, particularly during the preliminary customer contact phases.
Support the Bitron expansion in North America, promoting the Bitron Mexico products when available
Research new product opportunities fitting the Bitron technology portfolio
Research competitors and competitor products (SWOT analysis)
Benchmark new technologies coming into the car industry within the next five years (static / solid state  switches, etc. )
Prepare templates and reports for upper management quantifying volumes / market share distribution / pricing
Supervise and direct Sales team consisting of mechanical and software engineers.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering
Must have fluency in written and verbal Italian
Experience in the job offered or as Project Manager or Sales Engineer (24 months)
Occasional travel to clients’ sites both in the U.S. and Mexico.
